I started out as a client of Waggs 2 Whiskers myself several years ago, and I’m so excited to now be a part of the Waggs 2 Whiskers team! Getting to work with animals is truly my dream job. I grew up with dogs, cats, rabbits and guinea pigs, and now have a furry cat family of 5. Ensuring animals are comfortable and well cared for is very important to me, and gaining a shy pet’s trust is hugely rewarding for me. In addition to their standard care and needs I also make sure to keep your pet’s emotional wellbeing in mind during visits.

One year ago I left the healthcare industry (over 26 years in Lexington), got married and moved to Bagdad on a 5 acre farm and started rescuing animals. I was blessed to find a part-time job as a mobile veterinary assistant with Pawfessional mobile vet. I also do seasonal work at Gallrein farm.

Hi there! My name is Tiffany and I am an Office Assistant and Pet Sitter for Waggs 2 Whiskers. I grew up in Michigan, which is where I met my husband, Devin. We moved to Kentucky in 2017 and have loved it here since. I started working for W2W in 2018 while also working for Ford. I took a break from pet sitting for a while, because life got crazy busy. But, after having my sweet baby boy, Dawson, I decided to slow down, and take the opportunity to stay at home with him. It was so scary to leave my job at Ford, so I reached out to Kelly to see if she had anything I could do. Thankfully, she did!

I am an only child so after he passed when I was 6, my home felt so lonely. A couple months later I went to a family reunion in Glasgow Kentucky where I met my soul dog, Chocolate.

I am a Louisville native and recently graduated college from Asbury University in May 2022. Along with my love for animals I have a love for helping others and work as a physical therapy technician for people with spinal cord injuries! My dream job is to work in healthcare as a physical therapist and work with animals on the side. I have loved animals ever since I can remember and grew up having a variety of different fur babies. Growing up in a family of avid animal lovers has taught me the belief that animals are not just pets but family and I can’t wait to show your fur babies that same type of love.

I have a large collection of my own animals including ducks, geese, dogs, cats, pigs, llamas, goats and horses! Despite the hard work it takes to care for and love animals I am happiest surrounded by furry and feathered creatures. I was born in Miami, Florida and moved to Kentucky in 2003. I worked for 20 years in the nursing field. I am a retired Labor and Delivery nurse who can now enjoy what I love to do in my free time: Spend time with my grandchildren, be part of a sewing club and work on various craft projects. But now I have the added bonus of caring for and loving on all your fur babies!
